Garden View Guest House
Lake Access Coming in 2016!
Purchased on September 30th, 2010, the home located in the quaint village of Lake Odessa, Michigan, was originally built in 1904 by Andrew and Angeline Shellenbarger, great grand parents of the current owner Bill Rogers.
Today, after extensive repair and remodeling, the Garden View Guest House offers elegant yet comfortable interior spaces and beautiful gardens for you to enjoy!
The main floor offers guests an inviting living room with a wood burning fireplace and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous dining room with seating for six, makes dining in a joy!
A light and airy sun room with views of the back garden features a flat screen television, a cozy office with wireless internet, and a large bathroom with a claw foot tub complete the main floor.
The second floor offers visitors a restful retreat including two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom with a sumptuous king size bed offers plenty of space to unwind. The second bedroom is a cozy space featuring the same fabulous bedding used at the Grand Hotel on Mackinaw Island. The soothing colors of the large bathroom create a spa-like feeling and features an oversized shower.
The Garden View Guest House is located a few blocks from Jordan Lake and is only steps away from Fourth Avenue offering boutiques, antique shops, salons, dining, groceries and more.
